Yes, we offer convenient gift cards that can be sent as a gift! The recipient can then redeem the gift card towards their subscription. *please note gift cards are not physical products, they are delivered digitally through email.
You can cancel your subscription by logging into your account. Prepaid subscription plans such as the annual plans cannot be cancelled. If you’re having trouble please email us info@123babybox.com
Shipping takes 5-7 business days in the United States. If you’re located outside the USA please allow 14-21 business days. Boxes are shipped on a monthly basis, usually the first week of every month.

Monthly subscription plans and 6 month subscription plans will be billed the 1st of each month. The annual subscription is paid upfront and only requires you to pay once however the plan will automatically renew unless cancelled.

Depending on a product’s availability, we will either replace the damaged item or issue a store credit to your account.Note: Reported damaged products reports are only accepted within 3 days of the delivery date.

All of our subscriptions are billed in US dollars. There is a conversion rate from USD to CAD. You will see this on your first purchase and any upcoming subscription boxes being delivered to your door. Taxes may apply for our Canadian customers.
First, check with your neighbors to see if your box was accidentally delivered somewhere nearby and the post office or your local carrier in case it is being held waiting for pick up.If it has been 5 business days or more since it was “delivered,” please reach out to us.
