Baby Boxes are ideal for babies aged 0-3 years. But if you have a babe that's older, we can accomdate just contact us info@shopbabyboxes.com

How long does shipping take? When do orders ship?

Shipping takes 5-7 business days in the United States. If you’re located outside the USA please allow 14-21 business days.

What should I do if there are issues with my box?

A few quick steps to get your box or products replaced:

  1. Email us at info@shopbabyboxes.com with pictures of your damaged items.
  2. We will respond within 2 business days for next steps!

Depending on a product’s availability, we will either replace the damaged item or issue a store credit to your account.

Note: Reported damaged products reports are only accepted within 3 days of the delivery date.
